Wow! I have been putting of this post because there is soooooo much to journal (blog) about. Christmas was very magical this year. Carter was all into the decorations, the music, Santa, and present giving and receiving. Kensi on the other hand wasn’t a fan of Santa, however did enjoy her present opening and the Christmas goodies. We had a great Christmas and made wonderful memories.
Where to start! Ok..here we go!
Preschool Christmas Party
*Carter and his little preschool friends had a yummy Christmas meal. They all got a little present (a book) from their teachers. To end the party Santa came and read the kids a book and gave the class a present as a whole (a play tent to play in the gym during play time)
Kensi spotted Cupcakes
telling Santa to not forget his UPS truck!
Our Next party was the Duff’s side Christmas exchange
I think next year we all need shirts Like Dustin’s! Love his Ho Ho Ho shirt!
Carter loves Dustin and anyone that will play with him so he was right there with Dustin and Polly all night.
Kensi got her first Cabbage Patch doll from Aunt Jess this night. She loves her baby!
She also got a Minnie Mouse play set. Loves her “Mouse”
We had yummy food and great company and the kids enjoyed themselves.
Moving on to our next family party. Mom’s side of the family.
The Hollingsworth Annual Christmas Party was at Aunt Becky’s house this year.
We had the traditional ham sandwiches with yummy sides/desserts. I left super full
Carter got a remote control 4 wheeler at this present exchange
She ate the decorations. The candy cane sticks
Remember the post about pinterest lying…well—I guess they don’t. Aunt Debbie master the cake I tried. Can’t wait to try again after I know it should work! Got some tips from Aunt Debbie maybe I will try again soon!
Megan wanted to sing us some songs. So kensi got up right beside her and sang along!
Opening her gifts. She got a peek a boo baby. Super cute. Also
I choose this picture to remember her curls. I hope they stay but im sure
soon they will straighten out.
We love being with our extended family. So glad they love us.
Shhhhewwww…now on to the Christmas eve and Christmas post! Stay tune
